What you'll do?
1. Develop and expand global end customers, distributors, and other channels.
2. Identify potential customers through online platforms, emails, exhibitions, customs data, etc., establish customer profiles, and follow up on their needs.
3. Proficient in using B2B platforms and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
4. Quotation and negotiation: Formulate reasonable pricing strategies based on customer requirements and market conditions, negotiate with customers, and finalize transactions. (Requires daily monitoring of exchange rates and proficiency in quotation terms such as FOB, CFR, and CIF.)
5. After-sales service: Maintain good communication with customers, promptly resolve issues and complaints, and build strong customer relationships.
6. Regularly report project progress and sales performance to superiors.
What we're looking for?
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in International Trade, English, Business, Microelectronics, or related fields.
2. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of independently handling English emails, contracts, quotations, and other documents.
3. Familiar with trade terms and business etiquette, possessing negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
4. Strong sales skills and experience, with the ability to develop new customers and maintain existing ones.4. Learning Ability: Strong learning and adaptability skills, with a willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills relevant to the job.
5. 1-3 years of experience in overseas sales, with a preference for candidates from the same industry or those with industry resources.
