Low Voltage TVS in SOD-123FL Package by Ansas Semiconductor

Ansas introduced 200W and 400W TVS with voltage of 3.3V,5V,6V,6.5V and 7V in low profile SOD-123FL package. With their typical height of 1.15mm, it offers a 55% lower profile than SMA package and reduces volume by 70% approximately.

The TVS components are designed to protect sensitive electronics against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning.

The products meet MSL1 and features solder bath temperatures of 260℃ maximum, 10 s, per JESD 22-B106, and they’re also RoHS compliant and halogen free.
