Ansas announced that 90A,1200V high voltage rectifiers has been released. With high forward surge capability to 1100A, the device can withstand extermely high Instantaneous current. The forward voltage is down to 1.05V that reduce power losses and improve efficiency in DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling and OR-ing diodes, and reverse protection.
The new rectifiers are TO-247 2L&3L packages, features solder bath temperatures of 275℃ maximum, 10 s, per JESD 22-B106.
