Ansas introduced that 5A,60V low forward voltage schottky bridge rectifier that provides lower forward voltage than standard schottky bridge rectifier. With their low forward voltage drop down to 0.43V@3A and 0.53V@5A, the rectifier reduces power losses and improve efficiency in high frequency AC/DC and DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
The new rectifier is ESP package, whose typical body height is 1.4mm, so that it can save space on PCB. The product meets MSL1 and features solder bath temperatures of 260℃ maximum, 10 s, per JESD 22-B106. It is RoHS compliant.
