Ansas has launched 600V low forward voltage Schottky bridge rectifiers with GBU and GBJ packages.
The GBU15P60 and GBJ15P60 are GBU and GBJ packages separately with rated currents of 15A and withstand voltage of 600V.
The GBU25P60 and GBJ25P60 are GBU and GBJ packages separately with rated currents of 25A and withstand voltage of 600V.
